Everton have today capped season ticket sales for the first time
in the club's 125-year history.
Goodison Officials have confirmed that a limit of 28,000 has
already been reached and those wishing to purchase a season ticket
from now on must place their name on a waiting list.
The club's decision to introduce a cap is based on a desire
to have nearly a considerable number of tickets freely available on
a match-by-match basis for supporters who, for whatever reason,
cannot purchase a season ticket.
