Season Review 06/07

There were so many highlights during the 2006/07 season.

The summer signings of Andy Johnson, Joleon Lescott and Tim Howard all proved a huge hit - with Howard's loan from Manchester United made permanent in February.

Johnson finished the campaign as the top scorer and Lescott was named the Players' Player of the Season.

The Blues finished just a handful of points short of the total that secured a top four finish in 2005.

And a return to Europe was assured with a sixth place finish. There were memorable victories, great goals and moments of high-drama.
