Swansea City v Everton
Leighton Baines is closing in on a return to action for the Blues over the festive period.
Roberto Martinez has described the prospect of having the England left-back fit for the holiday period as 'a beautiful Christmas present'.
A further boost is provided by James McCarthy's return from suspension.
Everton's excellent form continues with the Blues having lost only once all season in the league. The Blues are unbeaten in their last nine with defeat at Man City the only blemish on their record.
Swansea have had a mixed December to date, being roundly beaten by City before hammering Newcastle and then drawing with Hull and Norwich.
They currently sit 10th in the table with five wins from their 16 games.
The Swans have also progressed from the group stage of the Europa League.
Last time the two sides met it was for a frustrating 0-0 draw at Goodison Park in January.
Michael Laudrup sent his side out to secure a single point and they did just that, with a staunch defensive display.
Laudrup's caution was probably borne out of the Blues 3-0 demolition of the Swans in the reverse fixture last term.
Everton turned in a consumate away display to secure a 3-0 win thanks to Victor Anichebe, Kevin Mirallas and Marouane Fellaini.
