Czech Rep v Denmark 27/06/2004 19:45
The Czech Republic progressed to the semi-finals of EURO 2004 with a comprehensive 3-0 win over Denmark.
Both teams cancelled each other out in the first half but the Czechs run riot in the second period.
Jan Koller gave the Czech Republic the lead in the 49th minute, the 6ft 7ins striker rose to head home a Karel Poborsky corner.

On 63 minutes Milan Baros doubled their advantage with a cheeky chip over the advancing Thomas Sorensen after Poborsky had sent the Liverpool striker through on goal.
Two minutes later Baros became the leading scorer so far in the tournament with five goals. He surged through the Danish defence before blasting an unstoppable left-footed shot through Sorensen and into the back of the net.
The Czechs will now face tournament surprise Greece in Porto on Thursday for the chance to reach the Final.
