Logging In Problems

If you're having difficultly logging into evertonfc.com, could you please run through the forgotten password process following the instructions provided:

Firstly, go to http://www.evertonfc.com/forgotpassword/

Here you will need to enter the e-mail address that you registered with. If your e-mail address appears on our system, you will see a message confirming we have sent you a password reset message.

In this e-mail, there will be a link to a password reset page.  If this link appears over 2 lines, please copy and paste it into your web browser (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari etc.).  Otherwise, you will be able to click this link.

The password reset page should start with "Your password has been successfully reset.".  Immediately below it will be a combination of letters and numbers that make up your new password.

If you do not see this page, you may have not clicked the full link in the e-mail.

We recommend you select the new password, copy it and then paste it into the login box at the top of all evertonfc.com pages.  If you type the password in, please be aware the it is case sensitive, so T is different to t.  Similarly, be careful not to confuse I (uppercase i) with l (lowercase L).

Once you have entered your e-mail address and password, click "GO".
