Kevin Reeves - Chief Scout
Kevin Reeves was brought to Everton by Roberto Martinez to head up the Club's scouting operation.
Reeves had previously fulfilled a similar role at Martinez's previous club, helping to unearth players like James McCarthy and James McArthur.
He also has plenty of coaching experience after ending his playing career prematurely because of injury.
Reeves played up front for Bournemouth, Norwich and Manchester City - who paid £1million for the forward's services in 1980.
He also picked up two England caps before ending his career at the age of 26 with Burnley.
He moved into coaching at Turf Moor and then Birmingham and would then become assistant to veteran boss Bryan Flynn at Wrexham and Swansea, where he worked with Martinez.
He scouted for the Swans and Stoke before linking up with Martinez again at the DW Stadium as scout.
