2014/15 Hospitality Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership inclusive matches
Memberships include all domestic cup matches (up to and including quarter-finals. Not including League Cup semi-final). Memberships exclude UEFA competitions, testimonial games, friendly games or games not featuring Everton.Stadium
In all suites the sale of alcohol will end at kick-off. Drinks service will resume 15 minutes before half-time and cease at the start of the second half. Bars will re-open for the sale of alcohol for a maximum of 60 minutes after the final whistle. Times may vary and are subject to Merseyside Police and Licencing Authority. Entry to each lounge must be through the correct entrance. Guests are advised to arrive 2.5 hours before kick-off. Full food service will not be guaranteed to members who arrive less than 75 minutes prior to kick off. Members and guests must scan their ticket or card to gain entry to the lounge. They must also produce their ticket or card when requested to do so by a member of Club staff. Failure to comply with this may result in ejection from the lounge.
No Re-admittance Policy
Once entry to the Executive Lounge has been made, members or guests are not permitted to gain re-admittance under any circumstances should they leave the stadium. Movement between the lounges is not permitted.No Smoking Policy
In line with national policy, the whole of Goodison Park is a no smoking area. We operate a no re-admittance policy across the stadium (as above).Dress Code
The dress code for each lounge is outlined at evertonfc.com/hospitality. These dress codes must be adhered to at all times. Failure to do so may result in members and/or their guests being asked to leave the lounge.
You will be liable for all acts or omissions of your party and guests. Everton Football Club reserve the right to close lounges and/or move members to alternative lounges if required. We will inform you of such changes as far in advance as possible of the match to which they relate. Full Ground Regulations are available here.

Direct Debit Application Deadlines
5 months - 19 August
4 months - 19 September
Payments will be taken on the first of each month. Premium Credit will confirm your payments in writing.
Representative 11.1% APR variable based on a transaction fee of 4% variable.

- This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
- If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Premium Credit Limited will notify you five working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Premium Credit Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
- If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Premium Credit Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
- If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Premium Credit Ltd asks you to.
- You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Premium Credit Ltd.
If you select to pay by instalments the personal information you provide on the Executive Lounge Membership application form, including your bank details, will be passed to Premium Credit Ltd. In assessing your application for credit they may search the public information that a credit reference agency holds about you. The credit reference agency will add details of the search and your application to their record about you whether or not your application proceeds. This and other information about you may be used to make credit decisions about you and undertake checks for the prevention and detection of money laundering. By proceeding with this application, you give your consent for such a search to be carried out and for us to contact you by email or text and send Word or PDF documents. If your application for credit is accepted, Premium Credit will send you a welcome pack detailing their full terms and conditions and commence collection of your instalments. A credit agreement will be provided for you to sign either online or return by post and you should read this together with the pre-contract information carefully.
You'll be charged £10 if they have to write to remind you to return a signed credit agreement. Premium Credit may begin collecting your Direct Debits before they have your signed credit agreement to pay for any services you are receiving. If you have any questions about your instalments, contact Premium Credit on 0844 736 9836. On renewal of your services, we will continue to pass your details to Premium Credit unless you instruct us otherwise.
