Everton Giant
Trevor Steven was named the Everton Giant, joining an elite group of Everton legends.
Tricky Trev was a star of the Blues' all conquering 1980s side, helping bring the League Title - twice - the FA Cup and the Cup Winners' Cup to Goodison Park.
He scored in Goodison's greatest game as Everton defeated Bayern Munich on the way to European glory and indication of his high quality play was provided by the 34 England caps he won.
Sadly, Trevor couldn't be at the Liverpool Cathedral to accept his award, but former teammate Graeme Sharp was on hand to do the honours.
Sharpy said: "He was a fantastic player. He came down from Burnley and once he got going he was a dream to play with.
"With him and Sheeds on the wings it was a dream for us centre forwards. Trevor is disappointed that he couldn't come but let me tell you he is delighted with this award.
"He's a worthy, worthy recipient of this award."
