Managers
Everton were one of the last senior professional clubs at the top tier of the English game to appoint a manager.
Before Theo Kelly took over the reins in 1939, team selection was a matter for senior coaches, prominent boardroom executives, specially appointed committees and even the captains, such as Dixie Dean.
Since Kelly's move from club secretary to manager, 14 other men have occupied the Goodison hotseat, with varying degrees of success.
The present incumbent, David Moyes, has done a sterling job so far, but what about the others?
