Foreword And Introduction

I know all Evertonians are excited by the prospect of a new stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock and whilst we have a long way to go to achieve our ambition the Club remains confident and fully committed.

We recognise how important it will be to listen to our fans and I’m pleased to invite you to play a key part in shaping the most important period in our Club’s history.
To help guide and organise your feedback and ideas, we have developed Key Principles, not just for our new home at Bramley-Moore Dock, but also for our legacy at Goodison Park and Liverpool 4.

We’re seeking your feedback on the principles outlined in this document through an online survey
We look forward to hearing from you.

Robert Elstone
Chief Executive, Everton Football Club

I am very excited to be working closely with Everton to realise our shared ambition of delivering a world-class, iconic football stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock. Not only will this project create a new ground that all Evertonians will be proud to call home, it will act as a catalyst for economic development of the waterfront and the wider Liverpool City Region.

Bramley-Moore Dock will be a great location for a football stadium for generations of Everton fans to enjoy, keeping the intimate atmosphere and close-to-the pitch feel that Everton’s games are famous for.

I am delighted to be working with the Club to help deliver this exciting project, which has the potential to be transformative for Everton and the wider City Region.

Mayor of Liverpool
