As part of a wide-ranging project to improve the Club's digital channels, we have revamped our ticketing platform and improved the login system for users on our official website.
 
What are the main changes?

The main difference is that in future, we will identify logins with a unique email address. This will be the primary way of identifying your account. If you already login with your email address then you will continue to login with the same details. You will use the same details for both evertonfc.com and to purchase tickets and memberships.

What if I normally log in with my customer number?

The first time you log in with your customer number, you’ll be asked to provide a unique email address if we do not already have one. This email address will become the primary way of identifying your account. Once you’ve added an email address, you’ll be able to proceed as normal. In future, you can then log in using your email address.

I buy tickets/memberships for friends and family from my account – what happens to them?

Log in using your main customer number. We’ll ask for an email as per the above response. Once you have logged in, you can see who is in your ‘Community’ by clicking ‘friends and family’. Once you have selected the number of memberships you’ll be asked to input the first and last names of the friends/family that you are buying on behalf of. If you would like for them to have their own ticketing account created you will need to input a unique email address, different to the one you used to log in. However, If you wish to continue to purchase for your friends and family in the future, there is no need to submit an email address for them. From that point on, you'll need to log in with your email address.

Why have you made these changes?

This is a more secure way of purchasing match tickets and memberships for supporters. In addition, our new ticketing platform will provide a much improved experience for supporters, including a more streamlined purchase process and an exciting new seat selection tool featuring a stunning 3D model of Goodison Park which allows you to see a virtual view from any seat.

I’ve read the above steps and still can’t access my account, what should I do?
