I PERSONALLY THINK HE'LL COME GOOD AGAIN NEXT SEASON ! NIGGLING INJURIES HAVE MEANT HE'S NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET UP TO A GOOD STANDARD THIS LAST SEASON ! I THOUGHT HE DID WELL ENOUGH IN PRESEASON THEN GOT INJURED ! AND PLAYED A COUPLE OF GAMES THEN INJURED AND SO ON ! BUT HE'S A DETERMINED CHARACTER FROM WHAT I CAN TELL AND DOES HAVE PACE SO I RECKON ITS HEAD DOWN FOR HIM IN PRESEASON AND HE'LL BE PUSHING FROM THE OFF ! THINK A FEW BLUE FANS FORGET THE GAMES HE'S PLAYED REALLY WELL IN SINCE HE'S BEEN HERE ! COYBS

I can remember a game against spurs when he gave them hell down the right I also feel he will come good with a few good games.

He had an excellent first season but after last season I'm not sure about the lad. He doesn't look like a right back because he can't defend, and he doesn't look like a winger because he can't cross, so I don't know what he is!

I think people have been pretty harsh on Coleman this season. He's had trouble with injuries so give him time to actually come back into the team.

Think outside the box, mate. We've got a good quality PL player here.

he put a great cross in when Saha scored against Chelsea in the Tin Pot Cup. Even Hibbo has learnt to cross, he was whipping in some great crosses towards the end of the season

Young players have seasons when they just disappear for various reasons, Micah Richards being an obvious example. Don't forget he made a massive step up coming from irish leagues into Premier League so was a handful because teams didn't know how to handle him but soon learnt. This coming season will be the real test as soon as he gets a decent run in the side.

Coleman will shine again next season, he has so much potential and will come up with the goods for us. Be patient Evertonians.

I agree that he is a quality player but he needs two key factors which at times our players seem to lack...

    1) consistency
    2) To stay Injury free!

if he can overcome these I am sure he will play a key part in our season (fingers crossed)

I was amazed at how quickly people wrote him off last season, I think given a decent run in the side we will have a hard working right back who gets forward, his defending will get better as he matures in the position.

I'd like to see him at right back again, he will be an absolute superstar in that position if he can mature a little bit and curb that tendency to dive in to a tackle.

I remember Coleman outrunning Fabregas all the way through half the pitch on the right side and crossed the ball to Timmys header. It was so close a goal!

he tries ill give him that, it just seems he has not kicked on a well as I thought he might after seeing him when he 1st got on scene but he has had injuries I suppose. Defo worth a rattle at RB next season
