I'm not talking value as in money, but what he brings as a player.

Baines. The only real left back in our squad.

But then again, we've been missing goals, which make Jela the most valuable I guess?

Fellaini stepping up is a good darn promise. I bet he will be up there with the best of our time. COYB.

but then, you've got players like Phil who always manages to rally the team... how much does that play?

Yea, we usually miss Phil when he's out. But we've been missing wingers and goalscorers haven't we.

    You're all wrong.

Jelavic. Everton was extremely mediocre before Jelavic showed up. And this has nothing to do with the defense or mid-field, this has do with the whole team as a package.  We finally have a goal scorer, and this lifts the spirits of the entire team.

Anyone that's played sports knows what I'm talking about. Everton as a whole has great exceptional players, but with Jelavic, it creates a complete package.

When you know you can win every game, you'll put in that extra 10% or 15%, and that's what wins championships.

I've got Everton to finish in the top 4 if we don't get raided come winter, a friend that's in Vegas right now is trying to place that bet for me.

@ Mkinly' you could say the same thing about Pienaar, although no longer an everton, but is Jel the most valuable player to the team? Jonny's been outstanding over the season and had center forwards in his pocket or Howard, how many games between them have they saved us this season.

Not the most valuable, but because it gives Fellaini a bit more of a free reign, I reckon Gibson's gotta be pretty valuable.... Just look at how much Felli's come on now.

As an individual I'd have to say Baines. He's such an important player and has a big influence on the game from a position it doesn't usually come from. I think Pienaar since he came back helped Jelavic have the impact he's had (not that he hasn't done a lot himself) just think those two as a pair are very valuble to the team if we can keep them together.

Well the English betting sites don't allow people from America to bet, and apparently you can't bet on everything here in the states.
