No,No,No,No.he's years past his best and would only be a liability with his injury record and high wage demands.

All I'm saying is when he plays, he scores. True it would be a risk due to his injuries but worth it if we had a pay-as-you-play deal. He has so much experience and class.

His pay-as-you-play deal at United is something in the region of a 50k a week retainer and a ridiculous top up if he plays, I read somewhere he was on 100k a goal bonus to boot. Plus he would want a signing on fee. Tom, give it up mate its just not viable (or wanted)

No chance, he's a joke, he's even saying now he will only go to a team playing at the top level, who the flick is he to make demands on where he should 'play', not that he does play wherever he is, plus he had his chance with us and was apparently going to sign until united come in last minute an he went there, snubed us then so we shouldnt even entertain his demands

Couldn give a dam if he was playing 40 games a season and banging them in, he's turned us down enough times so he can F O and go and find his pension somewhere else like Wrexham, F O U RS.....

depends on the cost, if not rediculous then take a chance like we did with saha he was injury prone but me mananged to get him sorted, its a pity that when saha finally stayed fit he lost form and didnt look arsed, owen will always score goals maybe we can get his fitness sorted a little
