Loyalty points and Evertonia not of any use for important games.

Why did the club start the loyalty points system if they are not going to use them?
Non season ticket holders with the highest number of loyalty points should surely
have some priority for tickets to important games.
Also Evertonia seems to be of no importance either, the points given for joining do
not appear to be of any use.

There were 32,000 at the match on Saturday. Some of those were WBA fans. I would give everyone else who was there a semi final ticket myself. Those that turn up deserve a ticket.... imho......

Not really if you get a semi final ticket for going to 5 games. The number of games required could have been higher
to give the loyaler fan more chance of getting a ticket.
Still not using the loyalty points system though, so why bother.

Imo mate, if it were down to me, i would scrap the loyalty points, if a big game like a semi at wembley comes up, it should be season ticket holders first, then say, 10 home games, 5 home games etc......surely somebody who has been to at least half the home games should have preference to somebody who has had a quarter......systems are never perfect though i suppose! :)

there is more tickets available so if they set the criteria at ten, they wouldnt sell all the tickets....i suspect.

yeah but my point was that there would be a day when they sell them to people with 10, then the day after 5, etc etc

I totally agree, loyalty points are about as useful as a glass hammer. . And I'll never buy Evertonia membership again, complete waste of money. puts you to the front of the q for tickets v wigan. whoop dee do.

i think they have an idea on the computer system where to set the criteria sambo, with there being only a small period of time to sell the tickets they went straight to five!! and as i have 5..... :-ss

I'm glad someone has posted this on here as i totally agree. I've been to nine games this season but five have been away so i still don't qualify for a ticket tomorrow. I also travel from Oxford to Goodison and when the club have offered 25 loyalty points for a Carling Cup game i book an afternoon off work and make my way up not getting back until the early hours. I admit my motivation for this was purely for the loyalty points which i wrongly thought "would come in handy one day!" How wrong i was. The loyalty point system is worthless, Evertonia is only handy for the derby (haven't missed one at Goodison in years!). Still desperately hoping for a ticket next week though. I have to say overall i think Everton do a very good job of rewarding you for going to games, i've always done well building up my away matches but again the loyalty points or Evertonia don't come into it when i'm purchasing away games. I also think it's quite right that season ticket holders get priority but surely after that it should be on highest loyalty points

Can't you just buy a Sunderland ticket to bump yourself up to five home matches?

Woodsy i did that and THEN they made the announcement that ONLY games already played count. I work in retail, today is my day off then i'm working all over easter so i can't actually make the game Monday so if anyone wants my ticket they are welcome to have it. It's in the lower Gwladys Street.

    Regards everyone,

My brother has been to every away game bar one, the swansea game! He has spent hundreds of pounds and a lot of time travelling. Even going to the extent of missing work yet he is not recognised as a LOYAL fan! A load of ****!!!
