    Horrible tackle....hope Debuchy isn't as badly injured as it looks.....not even a Yellow card, mark Halsey does miss alot of things......

    should be a 7 or 8 game ban at the least....

    I only heard about this on fivelive last night... you can see why people in the crowd might have thought its wasn't that bad the way the ball reacts. In his defence he does take the pressure off his foot once he realises what he's done.

    That is awful though.

    Reminds me of Keane on Haland, career ending that type of challenge, don't think he has meant to "do" the lad but he has gone in with a straight leg and if you've ever kicked a ball round the park you know that is a shitebags tackle nothing to do with being a forward and not knowing how to tackle

    Sorry but worse than the takle was the fact that Mcmanaman didn't EVEN bother to help to stop the game. He should've stayed by the player and waved the game to stop but he just continued as if nothing even happened! Shocking. I mean - the injured player's scream was so loud the whole stadium heard it.
    What does it say for the game when one player ignores another players injury - oh and it was the worst tackle I've seen recently!!
    And even if he won the ball - so what? There's a man down there who could've broken his leg! Winning the ball doesn't excuse anything.
