    I dont see a problem with his comment. He loves cricket and Lancs as I do. He also played for them at 15. So to play again is the thing to do when he retires. I will repeat what I said on Monday. He gets picked and doesnt pick himself. Was given an extension to his contract etc. I and most Efc fans know his playing days are up. The manager for some reason thinks otherwise.

    He could easily have gone on to play county Cricket. He and Flintoff used to play at the same club if memory serves.
