the Everton Talk folder is full of talk about non-Everton topics. i get sick of asking the mods to  move non-football topics to the General Chat folder.

I have come to the  conclusion that the administrator, rather than the mods, is the  one at fault. he should be checking that the BLUE ROOM ACCEPTABLE USE
    POLICY
is followed and that the board is properly managed. sometimes you have to trawl thru a huge volume of rubbish just to find a worthwhile thread on Everton.

despite the incompetence or laziness of the administrator there are some very good posts and some very good posters, but they are swamped by rubbish from a handful of foul-mouthed abusive idiots that are doing the forum a lot of harm.

This is the OFFICIAL EVERTON FOOTBALL CLUB FORUM, and for that reason it is important that it is kept free of the kind of foul-mouthed abuse and filth that have sadly become the norm from a few posters.

no its a pathetically juvenile attempt to compensate for inferiority complexes by pretend to be macho instead of using intelligence and wit to respond to posts.

in your case you havent got much intelligence or wit, and youre as macho as a limp dick

I agree with this. Maybe we could have a separate category: “Filth and_Smut”, for all the discussion of paedophilia, necrophilia, bestiality and_arse-banditry. Everyone loves this type of talk, so giving it its own heading would attract new supporters and their money. If this had happened before January, we could have bought Leroy Fer and the other feller. By keeping the gross content separate from the discussion of football, the beautiful game would be unsullied by bum chat. You cannot mix football and_shirtlifting.*

*This does not mean that we are against footballers becoming queer. Mincers are welcome in football. The acceptance of this principle has been delayed by the absence of a suitable campaign in its favour. Black people have their “Kick it Out” slogan; gays could adopt “Stick it In” as their war-cry. Any ambiguity could be avoided by the use of an accompanying logo. I will design it, if asked. This still leaves lesbians somewhat under-represented. Ideally, all of the minority-interest skin colours and perversions could unite, to create a single, strong campaigning unit: “Kick it Out, Stick it In, Lap it Up” would serve their cause admirably, in my opinion. The reason this has not happened yet is because the FA is run by bigots.

I fear that this thread is about to disappear down the lavatory of moderation.
