My team selection for the last 10 games (depending on injuries)

We need to start blooding some of the youngsters, whether 70 minutes from the start or 25 at the end of a game...

                                                   Howard

    Stones                  Jagielka                   Distin          Baines

                         Fellaini                              Gibson

    Mirrallas                                                              Pienaar

                                      Barkley

                                           Jelavic

Depending on how the game is going, i would like to see oviedo given time on the left side for Pienaar, 20-25 mins would be good for him, if Mirallas is having an off game ozzy can come on for him, if its Barkley off his game, Mirrallas OR Ozzy can play behind the striker and either of them play on the right, or give coleman the right hand side. Stones can be swapped for Coleman if Stones were to be having an off game, if Gibson or Fellaini are having a stinker the Ozzy can drop in the middle.....im not keen on vellios but he can be given 20 minutes for Jelavic if Jelly is having an off game.

I personally think, Jelavic would play better with soembody more creative playing off him, whether it be Barkley or Mirallas.

Things need to change at our club, and we need to move forward. Give some of the youth a chance, not when we are 3-0 down with 12 minutes to go with no way back. If you wont go Moyes, grow some b_alls and give the lads a chance!!!

I wouldn't start with Stones, Looking at the games we have left playing an 18 year old in defense will just encourage the opposition to force him into mistakes and then all the fans will get on his back. He's signed a 5 1/2 year deal so the odd substitute appearance will do for now.

we wont see much of felli now after saturday and moyes making a **** out of him, weve got some tough games coming up but we need to try and do something different were to obvious in our attacks, i want to see vellios given a go jelavic needs dropping his performances have been dire lately and should be dropped, we cant wait forever for him to score again , keep coleman in the team he has been a plus last few games (not saturday like) i would **** pienaar off for a few games after that on saturday along with osman. give hitz a game why even bother pay him wages to sit and watch.

Some good ideas there. Based on Moyes in the past it's unlikely we'll see them though. I'd also give Duffy a bit of time (not just 'cos I'm a Paddy) but I think he's developing well and deserves a few games. The only hope I have is that the same thing happens as after the disatrous showing in the semi against Liverpool last year - he lets them out the following week without negative restrictions and lets them play freely (4-4 at Old Trafford and they looked like a new team). Despite the doom and gloom we actually have some decent players in the squad......

    howard

    coleman jags distin baines

    mirralas pienar gibson/felliani oviedo

    naismith

    jelavic

osman looks very tired and needs a rest so ive dropped him.  pienar looks finished and too predictable now on the wings especially when he hasn't got any pace.  so i'd stick him in the middle because we need some creativity there but i'd try and bring barkley on for him for 45 mins for a few games and if he impresses then eventually let barkely start instead of pienar.  we need the pace and youth of oviedo to spark a bit of life into the team.
i'd give naimsith a go behind jelavic cos jelavic needs some real support.  not support from a defensive mid or somebody like ossie but from someone who is actually a striker by trade.  if naimsith proves he is as poor in the middle as he is out wide then vellios is the next best option

Difficult to play your proper game when you're getting shipped around to lower league teams. A bit harsh of an assessment.

ST: Vellios (Jela has lost his confidence)

    LM: Pienaar (wingers switch often)
    CM: Osman (Freedom to roam)
CM: Gibson (DM will cover him)
    RM: Mirallas (Freedom to roam)
DM: Hitz (Break up play and has a good long pass on him)

LB: Baines (Get forward so we're not negative)
    CB: Distin
    CB: Heitinga (Jagielka when fit)
    RB: Coleman (same as Baines)

    GK: Mucha (Howard when fit)

only one way Barkley's gonna become the player we hope he will....he has to start getting some games....

Barkley's 19 now, time to start giving him a chance (i'm not saying play him every week.....but most of our remaining home games are against teams outside the top 8......so why not play him in those games atleast)....

What harm would it honestly do.... if there was ever a time to give him a go is now.... the way things are going Moyes has paid 3 Mill for a player on a 5 year deal and NEVER play him?

                                                 HOWARD

                              HEITINGA    JAGIELKA   DISTIN

              COLEMAN        GIBSON     FELLAINI         BAINES

                                    MIRALLAS    PIENAAR

                                             JELAVIC

We need to try something different to stop us being so predictable and require more support for Jelavic. A solid back 3 with Fellaini and Gibson protecting them along with Gibson range of passing to set Mirallas free or a more attacking based role for Baines with less defensive responsibility may mean he can get more crosses and shots off. He best striker of ball we have and there nobody who can hit long range efforts consistently enough. Gibson carrying injury holding back from long range efforts so maybe best he sits back covering until end of season.

We rarely keep clean sheets and maybe this formation would be also better defensively as well as offensively. allowing Jelavic Pienaar and Mirallas to be closer would mean Jelavic could remain in and around box whilst other two chase down channels instead of Jelavic

Agree with Sambo's selection (give it quotes null)....but feel stones is over stating the point a touch, would keep Coleman there. And use Barkley as an impact sub there....with naismith/osman/Victor starting in behind Jelavic.

But really agree with both Fellaini and Gibson holding... with gibson being the more advanced of the two if anything. I actually think Fellaini would be a bit happier too.... not that he deserves that currently!
