I tend to troll through the discussions and don’t post comments, but today I have to say that I was totally dismayed with the team line up. I know I don’t have the right to dictate because it's not my job etc… as a lifelong supporter of Everton today I was embarrassed to be supporter because of the teams display. I don’t really want to finger out anyone in general, I have to use the cliché of a few bad apples spoil the barrel, guilty by association. There seemed to be no passion or wanting to make this a season worth something. To add fuel to the fire my brother is a red s hite and father a red devil supporter so you can imagine the stick I am currently getting.

I honestly don’t know what the future holds because there is seems to be something wrong in the dressing room I don’t if it is direction or that they are just tired from burning the candle at both ends, either way people have stated on here many times to let the youth get a shot and least they will be showing passion to earn a regular place in the first team because today was disgrace to the Everton name.

All I have to say well played Wigan you brought your game to Goodison and I should have went back to bed as I got up early to watch the game.

The sad part to all of this is the hopes and Prayers all the fans for today to only feel really let down... considering the money people spent to see a game like this. it just hit me like a wet fish in the face like a wet fish how potential new supporters we lost today thinking hay i want to support Everton......then to turn around say f_uck that.....

I wouldn't go as far to say we lost new supporters. I became an Everton fan on a day we lost, and we lost badly to Arsenal. Today was a very bad day. We played awful. The passing was bad. The shots were bad. The defending was bad. The goal keeping was bad. The coaching was bad.  But, today is over and there is the next game to look forward to. We blues are fighters. We pick ourselves up and carry on.  Our FA Cup dream is over this season. We still have the rest of the season to concentrate on and hopefully the mistakes we made today will be learned from and not repeated.

You say that the goalkeeping was bad ? Don't think you could blame Mucha for any of those goals ?

To be honest it does not really matter whether he played a good game or not, the team was terrible. The only we hope for is that this performance does not bleed into the PL and we drop places becuase Liverpool is bitting at our ankles and can you imagine the s hite we would get if they jump us in the league......

Like i stated before soemthing is wrong in the dressign room that needs to get sorted becuase the team looks like they have lost intrest and are totaly flapping in the breeze... OR is it have we been found out?

I think that Moyes is the problem,he hasn't given the team any confidence .He should have decided one way or the other about his contract, I think the players feel let down by his indecision.

I think so too, can you imagine the feeling of what is going to happen next if there is no sense of direction. This negative vibe get more get bigger becuase each time the team plays bad it just cements the idea and thoughts of management i am off come summer... then in turn can create issues amongst the team and it looks like this has trickled down to players having problems with other players. The passion, spirit, togetherness seems to have stumbled. I know people will think and have said that we will win next weekend to be honest i dont think so.....but i pray and hope that i am wrong.

I just dont see use getting to anywhere this year until some backroom issues get sorted becuase we need a plan , instead of lets see what happens like some people have been saying at Everton.

I hate to say this they keep calling this the people club, but are they listening to the people at all.

I think at times we go one deaf ears and expect to take it on the chin.

i am tired year after year of being the nearly team......There was even a point during the world Cup Klinsmem was a match pundit on ESPN in the US and stated that Tim Howard needs to leave Everton to go to a bigger club. We are a big club with History, but we have nothing really since the change of the league structure and we lose our status with people. Even thou that people that support Everton know that Everton is a big club.....In the modern game we are just just the nearly club and the fluff to bulk out the PL.

Somehow we need to change this we know it is money that needs to get injected, but we also have a great youth program maybe we need to take full advantage of that.

I think it is about time the Peoples club listen to the people.

mukka is the only player i DON'T blame.

he played well. the defence was AWOL, and not for the first time this season.
