Gibson was looking tired the last few games as hes been playing with an injury. Needs a rest. But not so sure about Neville in there. Lets hope he proves us wrong!

No, our midfield gets stuffed, our forwards don't get any balls, they have chance after chance and we crumble under pressure.

No they aren't. They are content to pick us off but are far from bossing the game.

Ok "bossing" may not be the right phrasing, Wigan are the beter side and just as I say it my point is proven 1-0 wigan

Yes they are ahead. Still were not bossing the game though.

Pity, it was a good save by Mucha initially.

Hope that gives us the kick up the @rse we badly needed.

What is scary is in the time it took me to type that last post we conceded two goals.

If we go out today I agree our season is over.

Tactical substitutions have never been one of Moyes strong points.

I try to believe in Neville but to be honest he should not have a playing role from the end of this season.

Neville adds absolutely **** all to our midfield. I just cannot understand WHY Moyes continually persists with playing him when he never does anything and more often than not just gives the ball away. EVERYTIME  we see Neville on the teamsheet everyone just goes "ffs again".

Why are players like Barkley being denied a chance in that midfield for players like Neville?

Osman and Neville are both on yellows, and have both been bad. Can we have Anichebe and Oviedo on at the start of the second half please, Mr. Moyes?

Neville should have been off the moment it went 2-0. He's clapped out. His brother Gary knew when he was past it unfortunately Phil didn't.

Having said that cup ties are one off games and we can't place all the blame at Neville's or any other single players door. Collectively they have all been poor. We needed to strengthen in January. We didn't  and we've been paying the price for it since.

While I'm witing this Fellaini has just been taken off, completely ineffectual again. If we gat 25/30 million for him I'll be amazed. He's been well sorted out. But whatever we get for him and maybe Baines also has to be spent entirely on rebuilding the team.

One more thing. Maybe it is time for Moyes to seek pastues new. I don't know. I think that managers are much of a muchness and spending power is really the arbiter of whether a manager is a success or not.

But more to the point who's league position would you rather be in, ours or Wigans?
