    It's my sons first birthday party....

    Recording it and trying to avoid all means of communications so I can watch it later without knowing the score.....

    Not only that I'm on a strict protein diet so no birthday goodies or cake for me!

    Hope we get a good win...I'm thinking 3-, hopefully 2 from Jelly and 2 from Kevin!

    Protein and brown carbs mate...doing a 12 week body transformation programme.

    Lots of veg and fruit as well like....just no potatoes, bread, white pasta etc as well as the usual crap that I eat.

    Just weighed myself there and I've lost a stone over the last two weeks.

    Was 15 and a half stone...now under 14 and a half, training every other day and eating healthily....at least I'm something about it.

    I was 14.2 st on 5th January, cut out the booze for 4 weeks, ate normal portions but lot more veg and salad, grilled turkey steaks with Cajun spices and salad was a favourite, am now 13st since 1st March, only drink on weekends and if there is a mid week match.

    I'm totally cutting out the alcohol for the next 12 weeks....that will be the real challenge.
