All for happy kids living in a loving environment but see no reason why that can't be in normal loving heterosexual relationships like ours !

From my experience gays are loving, caring, peaceful and kind. Wouldn't harm a fly. That gives them a leg up on a lot of 'normal' parents these days.

That's a little simplistic. Are you honestly insinuating that all gays are 'loving, caring, peaceful and kind?'

You can't possibly make such a sweeping generalisation, any more than you can say that heterosexual couples must be better than homosexual ones simply because of the ones you personally know.

I was joking about my attire with sambo.....he took the_piss out of my gilet....I defended my choice of clothing by suggesting that you had one and hated gays so therefore I was in the clear. It was a joke.

What is funny, is you claiming our speaking out on freedom of speech is ironic. To be clear, we are asking you to speak out regarding your views. Its you who is refusing to while claiming to be offended by the intolerance of others. Lets be fair Feeds, that a pretty impressive contortion for you.

Lets be honest. Your use of the phrase "forcing pro gay opinions" pretty much sums up the situation. I'm not pro gay, I doubt anyone is pro gay in this debate.

Its not about being pro anything, its just about not discriminating against people on grounds of their sexuality.

So I'm wrong to label you and Idi pro gay but you're right to call me anti gay?

Brilliant that. You're doing as much as Idi to prove my point.

As for asking me to explain the reasons for my opinion, I already have. If you don't accept them its not my problem

I did say 'from my experience' not 'all'. Back off Sharky!

My point was, which you missed, that they couldn't possibly do any worse at the job than 'normal' parents. I could have said discriminating against them on the grounds of their sexuality through fear and ignorance is wrong - but I think that's already been said?

Just my opinion. Stop putting your words in my mouth.

I didn't label you anti gay. I made a joke about a gilet. I've never known you to be this precious and seriously doubt you are.

As I said, its not about be pro or anti anything. For me its purely about not discriminating against anyone on grounds of their sexuality.

I haven't heard anything like a an opinion put forward. I have read a post about some sheep, one of which was dead.

Why don't you just answer the three questions in that other thread....the one with the lesbians. Then at least there is a starting point for a civilised debate.

Back off? From an internet forum topic open for general discussion? Well that would make for facinating debate...

Your post implied that gays could do a better job than some heterosexual couples. I disagree. I think some gay couples could do a better job than some heterosexual couples. If that is what you meant I suggest you express yourself a little clearer.

I wouldn't dream of putting my words in your mouth. And the point I made, which you completely missed, is that some gays could quite definately do a worse job of child rearing than 'normal' parents. Do you agree?

I think, Feeds hates gays and feeds is anti gay are kind of the same thing. I've been called several things whilst on this subject and all because I disagree. The 'evidence' thats been provided consists of links which I have no inclination to follow. Perhaps one of you can enlighten me as you both seem so well versed in the subject and clearly have much more experience of gay parenthood.

Either you can't read or you're on a wind- up.

As for your point, remains to be seen. When I read about a child of a same sex couple being starved, thrown in a cupboard, left to roam the streets at night or mugging an old defenceless person I'll get back to you......

Here you go. Not quite fitting the criteria you laid down, but close enough I think.

Really, you need to open your eyes to real life, not your fantasy world version.

*edit* You beat me to it OGV!

The 'feeds hates gays' comment was a joke about a gilet.

this post provides three questions as a starting point: http://www.evertonfc.com/forum/discussion/16957/man-and-a-woman-have-a-baby....

answer them or don't.... but claiming to be the wounded party is just... well, its just not very you is it?

    nice review:

"The pictures are dated, but otherwise it's a nice family
story about a boy named Zack growing up with his mom and her lesbian
    partner"

personally, I'd have been much more scathing about the little brats haircut
