Ive not seen anyone hurt badly wearing heavy gloves and head guard mate even less so a lighter fighter sparring with a heavier kidi do know its about where you get hit, but, if thats his week spot, should be easy to stop him every time.....which ever way you look at it it doesn;t bode well..... -
Posts: 16,302February 26 Get ya point mate but boxers tend to hit right and mostly in the most protected areas. Ie , top of the head , jaw etc.
Not often ya get banged at the back of the ear causing dizzyness and disorientation.
Not often you get punched in the throat but youll go down if you are.
May be wrong and he might be a big tart.

everyone's different i suppose mate, but, it should be more than recoverable with the time he got to get to his feet, last time i seen somebody that wobbly after a knock down was amir khan, legs had proper gone mate, its really not a good sign.... -

i agree, kind of, when i watch the Garcia fight again, the lad did well to get to his feet and box on after the first knock down, for the weight they boxed at, that was A HUGE PUNCH.....in comparison to the scuff that Price got caught with, and both of them were jsut behind the ear, Price's was nothing in comparison, punches are relative to the weight you are boxing at...Speaking of Khan, you see he is struggling to get fights because he is wanting MORE money than the world champion he would potentially be fighting would be getting for the fight?? The lad does himself no favours with his greedy attitude.... -
