    HAHA. Tax does my head in. I've got a 2.8 Diesel 4x4, a 2.5  and a 1.8 Turbo. Tax due on all three this month!

    i've only ever paid for 12 months once, but i've always had quite high tax because the car was classed as a "hot Hatch" ffs

    youd be better off looking online for a recon cyl head mat, you took it to a proper garage? or you got someone tha will do it for yer? like a mate like?

    I've sorted a head out, picking it up tomorrow. Mates a shithot mechanic. Still have to pay him though, the gaskets are over 300 alone.
