Just out of interest..... Moyes

time for a change i think, Moyes is a spent force, all his idea have worn out, need a new manager with new emphasis and a new style of playing, new strategies and ways of doing things to give the team a new lease of life

i dont even expect moyes to stay anyway simply because i think even he has had enough of being at everton and wants to test himself elsewhere, can go to germany if he likes, test himself there the cap end!

Germany being more interested in their youth system would see him getting a position at a CL club over there

Moyes is at Everton 11 years.....have we had 1 success story from our youth academy in that time?....
We might have got good money for rodwell, but he's masively over-rated.....

couldnt agree more, the one success story as such f*cked off, the rest have been average or injured, osman is just consistently good, nothing out of this world

I'm not saying I'd disagree with that at all..... but its how the media and other clubs view him isn;t it. And Everton too. Fact is, the young up and coming kids come to Everton when they get the chance.

Some of the youth wont sign a new contracts.. Neville will be played until he cant run anymore... Osman would be in the team even if we had xavi and iniesta...

Over the FA CUP weekend we saw Foreshaw and Baxter, 2 players who refused to sign new contracts...

Barkley would have played more for Man Utd if was there....

If i was a youth player i would never sign for Everton

What's the evidence that he's not gonna continue to do wonders? Surely there's a better chance he will than trying to find someone else who will

Depends on various factors. The 2 main one's being whether we get decent investment and whether Moyes stays. And if we can't attract the investment with Moyes, we have _Fuck all chance of someone taking a punt on us without him.

I honestly don't think there's a soul on Earth who will take us to another level without that money to spend. The best we could hope for from a Moyes successor is something similar.

If we go for someone else (which we will have to cos he's gunna f'ck of sharpish anyway) that particular manager may bring in new ways, philosiphies, strategies, tactics etc etc it might be better for the team and the club, it may give everyone a new lease of life
