I haven’t seen figures for that but it’s probably too expensive given locations limitations. i know it has been looked at and dismissed as unrealistic, the stadium would be too small and the cost to high and there would be access problems.

that sounds more interesting, it depends what their plans are. the old tesco project was an incredible deal but i doubt if any other company would offer us a price like that. that was a once in a lifetime offer.
the only other possibility, and thats now very unlikely, would be for the council to build a stadium to be used by both clubs.
it would cost maybe 150mill. the two clubs would rent it for 5mill per year each. the council would get their money back in @ 15 years and then they would own a property worth @ 150 mill. not a bad asset, and not paid for by the taxpayer.
it would take a lot selling, but it may be a good option for everyone.
