FA Cup or 4th spot?......

was just wondering which is more realistic this season?.......

to win the FA Cup, we're probably gonna have to beat Man City or Man Utd (or both) at Wembley......
to come 4th, we're probably gonna have to win away to Spurs, Arsenal & Liverpool......5 of our 6 remaining home games are very winable.....

can't see us beating either of the Manchester teams at wembley to be honest....even Chelsea would be a struggle.....

FA Cup. We can beat anyone at Wembley if we put a shift in. Altho We'll beat Man City at Goodison so I dunno why you think it's not very winnable (assuming that's the fixture you're excluding)

We don't have to win all our games - or even all bar one or two of our games to finish 4th yanno.

yeah was excluding Man City.........we play Reading, Stoke, Fulham, West Ham & QPR at home.....can't ask for better than that (i know 2 of those are fighting relegation, but their fighting relegation for a reason).....

Spurs are already 6 points clear, so we simply have to win at the lane......we really should be able to go to the emirates and win this year....i don't expect anything at anfield to be honest, but a win there would be massive.....

in a big game at wembley, i'm not convinced we can beat a ful strenght United or City team.......not sure we have the players who can do it on the big occasion......I'd prefer the FA Cup over 4th spot, but not sure we have enough.....

FA cup, fourth place doesn't win you anything. We need a trophy, fourth place would probably see Moyes renew his contract though, but then again European football through the cup may do that to so yes FA cup please!

Both, still don't understand why there has to be two options. We have a team of professional footballers and if they cannot go out and aim to win every game they're in regardless of fatigue or injuries then I don't want them playing for Everton.

I remember last year we rested players before the Sunderland game in the FA CUP and performed well and then when it came to the Sunderland game we ended up drawing, keep the momentum going and play every game to win.

FA Cup more likely for me. And preferable, as the prize is a tangible piece of silverware.

I been saying - I think Chelsea are the team we might have a chance of catching - Not Tottenham!

chelsea are always hard to predict......i think they have enough top players to go on a good run, but ya never know with them....

Spurs are a strange one.....not as good this season, but they're getting results......very dependant on Bale, can't see him sustaining his current form for the rest of the season.....hopefully they beat Lyon tonight, and carry on in europa league (was hoping that would benefit us this round, but the fixture list has been kind to them - they didn't have a league game after the first leg, and their next league game after tonight's 2nd leg is monday night )

    FA CUP.

4th spot is no guarantee of champions league football.

Should be, Arsenal all but out and Man Utd won't finish outside the top 4. Even if we get knocked out in the early stages it gets Europa league.
