At the moment it sounds like the prosecutors have been over zealous... Bear in mind that this is only a bail hearing so not the full trial...

Posts: 24,216February 21 from what ive read and heard mate, if today is anythign to go by, seems the prosecutors could possibly be trying to stitch themselves up on purpose so some legal loop hole allows oscar to walk free.......i would probably crack under questioning mate, but i get that feeling its going to be manipulated for him to get away with it......

Posts: 19,512February 21 Right royally ballsed up under questioning yesterday... then low and behold it comes out he is under investigation for murder himself and is being pulled from the case... Funny how that aspect only became important when he let down the prosecution...

So what you are saying is: the prosecution are trying to shoot themselves in the foot. This gives the accused an advantage, as this option is not open to him, however good a shot he is.

Posts: 1,748February 21 The one thing I don't get is - he thinks there's an intruder or someone who's going to harm him & his girlfriend - yet he doesn't even check the bed & try to warn her.....??? He had to walk past it!
He's either a murderer or he thinks he's Rambo. Dangerous either way.
Went off him when he appealed at the Olympics......nothing down for him now.
