MOYES REFUSING TO SIGN A NEW CONTRACT

    Right........

First question - If you had a good employee that REFUSED to sign a new contract, what would you do? and what would you think about it?

Second Question - If Felliani/Baines did what Moyes is doing now we would be saying " Fukin sell him, no fuking loyalty" and all that crap... So what makes Moyes situation different??  tell me??? Moyes is even WORSE as he is SAYING in the press that he wont sign a new contract until he sees what we do in cups/league and if we have some cash....  If Felli or Baines said that in the press Im not signing a new contract until i know what we are doing etc... every supporter would hate them, they would be slaughtered on here and Moyes would be sooooooo peeed off!  So what makes the ginger boy any different? How can the rules change for him???

Stop being idiots for a second and put a business brain on...

    1. I'd find a suitable replacement prior to his contract ending.

    2. At the moment there is the possibility that Moyes is attempting to manipulate Kenwright into providing more resources.

Agreed, so why wont Kenwright come out with his balls in hand and say "if david wont sign, we have replacements in m ind"  Does Moyes think he is EVERTON????   Its ok for Moes to say in press that he wont sign until he knows whats going on... Who the fluck does he think he is???  Call the cuntss bluff

As if Moyes tactics aren't unsettling enough, you want Kenwright to publicly call his bluff! When the time comes, Moyes can just move on with my thanks and so will we, no need for a big hooha imo.

answer to your first question - he hasn't as yet refused to sign a new contract...it's still in discussion as his current contract doesn't run out until June. Therefore he doesn't have to sign anything.

answer to your second question - If Felliani/Baines did what Moyes is doing now we would be saying " Fukin sell him, no fuking loyalty" and all that crap...some would some wouldn't....
So what makes Moyes situation different?? basically Moyes doesn't have a "sell on value" he would have a "compensation fee value" at most if he were to leave mid contract.
Moyes is even WORSE as he is SAYING in the press that he wont sign a new contract until he sees what we do in cups/league and if we have some cash....i think there's a" liberal translation" of what he's actually saying being adopted here..I see it as he's waiting to see how the season transpires and if it all falls apart HE WILL see it as, perhaps he's taken us as far as he can go ?? then HE may choose to leave in the best interest of the club !
How can the rules change for him??? there is no change of "rules"...he is simply playing his cards close to his chest PUBLICLY"...I would hazzard a guess both he and Bill know right now whats happening with his contract.

    THE REST ARE SPECULATING...

For stating the obvious...facts are fact KM whether you/we like them or not...

believe it or not football clubs (for some reason, and i don't profess to know why) do not run like ordinary businesses....

I would be totally gobsmacked if kenwright and Moyes didn't know right now what his decision is..

    i would hazzard a guess ...

Moyes could have dealt with this much better if he wasn't so greedy in my view.

He knows kenwright is tight and Everton don't have the funds. So he holds off every time his contract comes up in order to get assurances and some transfer kitty ahead of signing a new deal.

And yet he seems annoyed that he only gets money once every five years.... stop signing five year contracts then Moyes.... go for a three year one....or better still just sign up a season at a time.

Seeing as you agreed with me, I'll take KHL's side and it's now 1-1.
