    Had to be, with all the talk of Martinez, and he called it himself........If Moyes cant get us to the Final this season, its all falling perfect for us even Utd or Chelsea wont make the semi, so coyb.....

    yeah but if we're told in January we'd have Oldham & Wigan at Goodison to reach Wembley we'd be happy out!....
    as you say, Gotta get it done though....neither game will be easy.....such an opportunity though...

    Fuck_me...am using my phone and changed it straight away!

    I know we haven't but firmly believe we will....had us in a win/ draw no bet yesterday which shows what I thought of our chances.

    Just reckon we'll do them at Goodison.

    They could beat us. But lets not big them up too much. If Smith was that hard to handle over 90 minutes, he wouldn't be at Oldham where he's scored SIX league goals in near 2 years!

    Exactly...surely if league one defenders can handle him then premiership defenders can ?

    If he was THAT good he would have had goals galore to his name.

    All the hype is due to his performance against the red-****, our players bought into it in the first game & panicked when he came on.

    Stop the ball being hoofed into our box & you stop the threat...having said that if we play anywhere near our best we should score 3 or 4 anyways & even if he does manage to score again it won't matter anyway.

    I know shocks happen in the cup & Everton have suffered a few in the past, but if we're gonna be worrying about beating a league one side at Goodison ( and a struggling one at that ) then we may as well give up now.

    Show em respect yes, then play em off the park.

    we have fooked it up before so im not being over confident, wigan wont be easy either, altho there concentrating on the league and rested players yesterday they played with no pressure on them and enjoyed the game, were going to be very tense if we get them in the quarter finals and all the pressure will be on us, not an easy game wigan. dont know why lately ive lost a lot of confidence in us winning any game and even knew they would score on saturday late on. i do hope we go out and play like a prem side in replay and dont give them any respect there shoite and but for crap ref we would of been through. if we mess this opportunity up then we need shooting
