I honestly can't help but laugh at the people who think we will be in better shape if Moyes leave.  Get ready for mid-table mediocrity.. or better yet, relegation battles!

Andy mate dont think anyone says we'll be in better shape, but we gotta look beyond Moyes coz he aint gonna stay himself, and we need to look who can move this set of players on. We are stagnating into same old every season, its great were not getting relegated each season, and thats Moyes target every season is the 40 points as soon as possible, he has said it himself. Its great were always there or there abouts, but isnt it time(11 yrs ) that we move on to the next level. We cant do it spending big and Moyes cant seem to move to the next level, so why dont we just try someone else. It might not work but it might work. If youre happy as an Evertonioan to just plod on each year then fine, but ive been lucky to see this club win big and would like my son to experience it; aswell as all the generation of Evertonians who are yet to experience silverware. NSNO, dont forget, and ya dont improve your chances sitting still, we need fresh ideas and a new impetous at the club. Its been great with Moyes coz we were going nowhere before him but its going nowhere again so move on to new pastures for Evertonians and indeed for David Moyes to try somat new, maybe he needs a fresh challenge as he might also feel he's gone stale......

Anyone who thinks another manager would move us on another level without money to spend is out of their minds. The next level is Champions League ffs. When's the last time a team that didn't cost at least tens of millions to assemble qualified for the champions league? Us! When else did it happen? Never!

Every team has a bad patch at some point in the season and now we're having ours. Been telling ye all season it would come. I knew it would. And I aslo knew that when it arrived, people would very quickly forget that this season saw us playing the best football of any Everton team since the 80's and act like they've seen no progress. It's actually getting to the stage now where clubs need to spend at least tens of millions just to get into the top 7.

And you who said Everton supporters were happy to lose to Chelsea and RS at Wembley. You're a _fuckin idiot. Infact that was the single biggest _fuckin idiot post I've seen here in a long time.

Moyes has done well here. Who do you think would want to replace him and in doing so improve the team?
    Hope he stays.

I AGREE WITH BEANO.MOYES HAS AND STILL IS DOING A FANTASTIC JOB.ANY OF THE TOP FOUR MANAGERS IN THE PREM WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERTAINED TAKING THE EVERTON JOB WITH THE BUDGET MOYES HAS. WIGAN CAN ONLY JUST MANAGE TO GET OUT OF THE BOTTOM FOUR NEVER MIND FINISH IN THE TOP FOUR, SO THAT RULES OUT MARTINEZ.HE MIGHT NOT GET ALL THE RESULTS THE FANS WANT BUT IT IS A LONG SEASON AND IT IS THE END THAT COUNTS. OH AND WE ARE STILL IN THE CUP

Mid February and I see post of the year.

Without investment, without being able to spend £10 million on a player EVERY season, Everton are pushing for top four, EVERY season. We have only ever done it once fair enough, but we are pushing for it, EVERY season.

Ffs just take a look at City, Millions spend, league won, and can't get out of the group stage, two years running, not even Europa League this year.

    Some awful clowns on here
