    but i thought once the first goal went in we started getting on top and last 25 minutes of first half were playing quite well and were the better side, howard had little to do and osman went close and anichebe should of had a tap in to equalise but for a terrible ball from mirallas, i was beginning to look forward to the second half untill we gave another stupid goal away,
    we came out second half looking like a team happy to settle for a 2-0 defeat, we never really had a good go at them, was a nice warm up 2nd half for there game vs madrid wednesday

    looked reasonably comfy when 1-0 down

    Second goal killed us and we didn't up it in second half

    Why didn't oviedo get some game time instead of the ineffectual Naismith

    Sums it up mate.

    We had a go first half but having seen that second goal go in when and how it did, just seemed to adopt an 'ah _fook it' attitude for the second half.

    United were always comfortable though....they never let fellaini, Baines or pienaar get into the game....

    not always at 1-0 we were on top for a spell and a good save from osman shot and but for a shocking pass from mirallas for anichebe we could of got level, you got to take those opportunities to get anything at old trafford, and 1-1 at half time wouldnt of flattered us.

    i thought that mate, however...............

    it wasnt that............Man Utd just harried, pressured, closed the ball down, gave us no time to play, made it nearly impossible second half, and for that, i have to take my hat off......we lost the game with sloppy goals. had we defended better, we would have given ourselves the chance to get something from the game.
