    No' gonna bother with weights like, used to be into powerliftin' like, good squatter 'n' deadlift like, just press 'n' chin-ups like...

    Cant beat em mate. So many varieties now , you can do a great work out just with press ups and pull ups.

    As a former weight lifter have u any tips mr brains? aka ldi..dada................... or any other of u lot with knowledge
    Basic tips on: regime for nutrition/diet for the building up part?.i mean normal working class or afordable dole food?
    dont talk about carbs and protein and all that nonsense if you do, just a typical basic daily eating habit and workout time. counting carbs and all that stuff..na cant be doing that

    tuna... and rice... if yer feeling rich... chicken...

    six smaller meals a day... the equivalent of the size of your hand in chicken or tuna and the same with rice.. or spuds...

    workout? do press ups with hands close together and wide apart... sit ups... if yer can do chin ups.. do them wide and close grip hands both directions - away from you and towards you... if yer get really adventurous... do a handstand against the wall and see if you can lower yerself and push up again... do dips... hands on a chair and legs straight out in front of you on the floor... lower yerself and rise... situps... just do as many as yer can till you fail...

    natural bodyweight workouts can be really good...

    Strong and ripped , pull ups and press ups , light weights for more reps. Cardio with weights to , squats , on the spot running with dumbells etc.

    And varied ab workouts 3 times a week.


    Strong and bulked , heavy weights as possible low reps but intense. Still do push ups and pull ups


    Plenty of protein , some fat. Its a myth you cant have cheese etc . Proven it can help burn calories

    No booze unfortunately
