electronic cig, you inhale a vapor taste like tabacco and gives you nicotine, but no tobacco , no tar and none of the shittttttttt in fags

theres lots of makes etc, i smoked 30 years 20+ a day and not had any craving in 4 weeks, would recommend them to anyone, better than gum or patches as you are inhaling vapor and feels like smoking

They are great.....i paid 50 euro for the unit and i pay 10 quid a week on refills so savin 50 blips a week...plus before i stopped smokin i got up in the mornin took a breath and it genuinly hurt i had to puff an astma enhaler to make it stop...havent had that in 5 weeks....a little helper is to tell yourself your not givin up just changin your brand for the mindset ya know......they are really good no one in my family can believe i havent smoked in 5 weeks neither can i ta be honest and i havent even reefed me hair out serious
