    ok he eludes to how he wasn't in Spain, but is this his "round about" way of offering who/where this player is coming from? Personally, I would love it if we brought in another 'Arteta-like' player from La Liga, even though I'm pretty sure we got Arteta from Rangers. Since you claim it's someone off the radar, I really have no idea... no one does. This does very little to reassure the 'fans' OGV, it just pushed us a little further to the edge of the cliff..
