    Is anyone else having trouble with Blue Kipper apart from me? I ordered goods back in Oct 2012, money credited to them by Pay Pal, no goods and no response despite several emails from me to them. Appears as if being ignored and feeling like I have been ripped off. Any advice?

    Actually, go to Everton n tell them, they get a lot of backing at times from the club, so mention it to the Fans liaison man there, used to be Sharpy but that may have changed, not sure but it might be Parkinson now...

    Log on to paypal and raise a complaint...

    I did log on to Pay Pal but you have to raise a dispute with them within three months. After that, you are out of time and they won't deal with it. I didn't chase the order up because I have had goods from them in the past and it has been fine. If as reported they have gone bust, they still have merchandise on their web site so I would urge Evertonians not to p[lace any orders!"

    ...and i would urge you to tell EFC coz there are supporters clubs around the country who are a bit pi 55ed off at how much attention they get from the club, and help. Its time they got a bit of bad press from the club.....

    Be prepared for a long wait, EFC not known for answering emails too quickly if at all. Its quicker to go on the phone and ask to speak to the Fans liaison officer, but dont tell them its about BKIPPER, just that you have an issue you want to raise with the liaison officer only. Mention BK, and they will fob you off straight away with they have nothing to do with them.....

    Banned me for no reason and not once replied to emails

    Mods on their were unhelpful unlike here

    I've had a bit of trouble with them....they sent a couple of heavies round but they didn't know I'm connected see...

    Me an a group of Tony the Greeks men gave them a good seeing to.

    Sorted.
