I was wondering if any of you guys used these?
It was suggested to me  that this would be a good way of getting an added boost of protein into my diet. But, I don't know very much about them. I know several of you guys take health and fitness seriously and  might be able to give me some first hand info.

What if I used it as a meal re-placer for weight loss purposes? Would it work for that?

That's what I've been trying to figure out....what the health benefits are. I've gotten conflicting info from many people. I'm not one to use such products, I prefer to eat as healthy as I can without going too overboard. I've also heard that too much protein can be bad for the kidneys.

You could always try this: http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/health-19112549 in combination with these: http://www.lifecaps.net/
    Ingredients: http://www.lifecaps.net/supplement-facts/lifecaps.pdf

It looks promising to me, but only if you actually need to lose weight.

They aren't a replacement for your normal diet; they are an addition.

If you're trying to lose weight, eat fewer proteins, fats and carbohydrates, eat more veg and do some cardio. That's it. Don't do weights at all; you'll put on muscle and you won't burn fat.. Running, rowing and cycling is all you should do.

SEX. The more sex you have, the better you will feel about yourself, the healthier you will want to eat, and then things just come natural with out having to force it.

whey is an excellent ''supplement''.  it shouldnt even be classed as a supplement though as it's pretty much a whole food.  it's actually the best source of protein you can use better than any meat, eggs or other dairy.

wether you should use it in your diet or not depends on your goals.  if your trying to gain muscle use it.  if you are trying to lose fat use it.  if you train with weights than definately use it.  if however you are just trying to eat a healthy diet then you don't really need it.

if you use it as a meal replacement then you will need to add some carbs to it like oats.  if you was trying to lose weight then i'd do some wieght training and cardio.  and i'd eat 3 whole food meals and use whey/oats as meal a replacements for an additional 2-3 meals

Try changing your diet, obviously just forget about anything fatty. Just eat smaller meals and eat at the right times. This way you will train your metabolism. There is no magical cure just some dedication is needed. Normal exercise, eating correctly and right size portions will do the trick. Everyone is different so after a few weeks you will know what works etc

Blue eye only use shakes if your wanting to build muscle, don't use it to lose weight.

Go to a pub near Ibrox wearing a Celtic shirt and shout you bunch of gay losers and run, repeat this once a week for two months and you'll be in shape
