January Transfers? Donovan?

I live in the US, so I'm not sure I hear all the rumors.  Has anyone heard if Moyes has any big plans for January?  Donovan or otherwise. Over here, I don't hear much about Landon Donovan signing.  He's had some injuries and may need some rest.  I'd still like to see Everton sign him.  Especially with the number of injuries at this point...

dont need either of them 2 tbh, i mean fair dos to both like, but they wouldn't improve the team in any way now like apart from squad numbers like

i'd like to see us sign a right winger so that we can put mirallas behind jelavic.  jelavic has no pace or mobility so when you play fellaini behind him it's very predictable.  you need a creative live wire type of player behind jelavic.

i'd like to see fellaini and osman in the middle (or fellaini and gibson), mirralas behind jelavic, pienar left and then a good right winger.  donavan on loan would be perfect like

He was one of the reasons why we did so well in the year 2012. And more squad numbers are likely welcomed. So Donovan has been injured? Maybe he found himself during his injury-time? If he has, he is always welcome here, especially now! COYB.

Just saw Gibson is out for a month.  I agree with you David.  Donovan would fit in well on the right.

Drop Felli back into defensive midfield to free Osman (most underated player in the Premiership) to be more adventurous and play Big Vic up front with Jela.
Sell/donate Naismith to whoever will have him.
    Job done.

Beano's fairly comprehensive guide to those players we've been linked with:

I think lampard would equal 4 of our top players wages, that's why we shouldn't.

Also there's not a lot of deadwood left in our squad, only way forward with this debt is to sell our assets and trust moyes can adequately replace them for a lot less of which I have faith he can. However we are in a good position and I wouldn't let anyone go right now.

If we did bring anyone in I'd like to see someone with real pace on the right.
