Posts: 5,454January 4 anyone use them or tried them, bought a disposable one today from tescos nicolite £7 equivalent of 40 cigs cheaper to buy rechargeable ones 20 quid for pack with equivalent of 60 cigs then its £7 for 60 cig refills , tastes fooking **** hahaha, looking for a way to improve my health and bank balance :)) anyone had success packing in with them?

Posts: 5,454January 4 actually hypmotism worked for a friend of mine to pack in smoking, he was hypmotised so he couldnt actually put a cig in his gob, was funny watching him trying to smoke and he physically couldnt put it in his mouth, maybe you should try that with coccccks KM might solve your tendencies

Posts: 1,051January 4 I have one for going to gigs etc:a rechargeable one with spare batteries, fluff ends etc. You need to be prepared. To save money, I bought a bottle of the nicotine liquid. You just put a few drops on the fluff in the end of the cig. It is better than nothing, but not a patch on a real ciggy. Mmmm. Lovely tobacco. If I try to get through the day on it, I end up sucking it dry within half an hour. Oddly enough, I feel as if I am smoking more, when I use it instead of cigs. As far as using one to give up fags- again, better than nothing. Cold turkey is the only way, but anything to reduce the shock is a good thing. I might give it a go when my cold clears up- the only way to get smoke through a cold is thick roll-ups, without filters, I find.
If I ever do manage to kick the nicotine habit, I think the electric cigarette may be a good means of inhaling other things, without risking smoking tobacco. Dissolve some oil in a suitable solvent and put this on the fluff thing. Has anyone got an idea what would be a good solvent to use? Has anyone tried it? -

I quick by listening to my lungs, how much they needed smoke. Didn't smoke when I got bored or wanted some fresh air outside, smoked when my lungs pinched me. -

I use mine at matches. It has a blue light on the end, which lights up when you suck it. I try to keep this bit covered, in case someone thinks it is a laser pen or whatever. The kit comes with a card that tells people that it is legal to use it indoors, so the stewards are unlikely to cause trouble.
