So is it really that unthinkable that we won't take a calculated risk this month? Now I for one would not want bk to do a Leeds utd, but it would be a tempter for me!

    Haven't got 40 points yet!

But really I wouldn't spend next week's pocket money chasing fourth place this season I think we could do it with what we have and I don't see those around us investing too greatly, we just need a fit squad and some back up for our striker...............that said a new goalie would be nice

if its 'potentially' 60 million over the next 3 years, that means 20 clubs x 60m = 1.2 billion. That would mean the sky tv money has gone up roughly 40-45%......i personally think some one is misquoted mate from where ever it has been read. if im wrong so be it :)

The only problem could be that in the past when tv deals go up it has been put In the players wage pack hopefully not this time tho.

From what a no the prem lg are still selling rights to individual countrys that is we're were going to coin it at the moment if the rights were in place we would have got an extra 26m last season and the figure is still going up mate.

it is quite a big amount extra but im not sure what it works out at per season. BT bid 2 billion for all 5 premier league package rights so sky had to up the bid for packgaes. BT got 2 packs including first choice on the top 18 matches and sky got the other 3packs. this doesnt include the other 1.5 billion for overseas packs. with uk rights and international its about 4 billion over 3 years so 1.3 billion a year. could be around 65mil per club.

Scuppers all the other clubs over night.

Get it while we can.Keep the wage bill low & improve the stadium with 50% tv money
