    bit soon yet for Villa to pull the trigger on him....not as if he was given much money to spend......but he's made a big call by dropping Darren Bent.......if he sells him in January and is allowed spend the money he gets, i reckon he'll be given till March to show he was right....

    i presume you realize lambert has little if any experienced players, and the average age of the squad is something like 22/23, the youngest in the prem? you can only do so much with what you have....

    Part of me is so delighted at what's happening to Villa. The _cunts.

    Then the other part of me can't help thinking if it wasn't for Moyes and maybe Rooney (I say begrudgingly), that probably would have been us a few years ago.

    By the way. Thinking about the Villa squad. I'm not sure the average age of his squad is that low. I think he can put out a reasonably experienced starting 11 too if he wanted to pick the players
