    if you see halseys reaction to fellaini and shawcross it clearly shows halsey about to put the whistle to his mouth on all 3 occasions..he waits and moves the whistle away from his mouth for the "butt" incident just prior to felli leaning in....so was he about to give a pen ? then he says he didn't see it !!

    halsey does exactly the same for the next incidents..but instead of blowing for the fouls on felli..he hesitates and then gives the fouls against him....so again was he about to give the pens? but doesn't...

    obviously if he has give the first one as a pen the other 2 incidents wouldn't have happenned.........

    think the first incident he was going to whistle because of something involving Distin... but he let it go..

    I wanna know a different thing.

    When Suarez did his stamp on the Wigan player a few weeks ago, we were told that due to the fact that the incident occurred in the normal run of play, the incident was being adjudged as to have been seen by the referee making retrospective action impossible.

    So how is the Fellaini v Shawcross incident different?
