    I've had some battles with this in my younger 20's, not that long ago really.  It was brought on by another issue, but it was rough.  You have to somehow keep your mind busy and that's way easier said than done.

    its this sh!tty weather  no sunlight xmas expectations  etc vitamin D will help and of course 3 points today and liverpool getting beat is a good boost

    But in all honesty the BR gave me a focus in life and helped incredibly

    For this i mainly thank Tony for keeping me busy back in the early days

    as a long time sufferer I can sympathise. i try to look for little victories and small positives to keep me going, but some days are better than others. the only upside is that more people are recognising it and acknowledging it as a disease, and there's a decreasing stigma around it.
