    You have to hand it to the uk government here, at least they are honestly dishonest.

    They've pretty much said "this is bad, really bad, shockingly bad in fact. And yes we did have a hand in killing him...and covering it up and yes we did try and pervert the course of justice afterwards too....but its so much worse than that that we are just not going to tell you the actually details because its so disgusting.
