I thought the same, but the core muscles are strange things when it comes to stress. The last time i did my back was just by changing the channel on the radio whilst driving. You only have to have been busy one day and without realising there is a stress been built up, you might feel a little tired and that one stupid thing you do blows it, bang like an explosion in the bottom of your back. Its unbelievable at the time but it really is just down to the stress you are unaware of. So as i say, just keeping your back supple or oiled in a way, even if your busy ensures the likelyhood of the stress occuring less. I didnt believe all this untill i was at my lowest point and just decided to give it a go and touch wood, ive not had anything for at least 2 and a half years which is a miracle for me. Even when i think its going to return n happen again i keep it away by managing it with a pill and some excersise.

I was actually considering the likes of Yoga. I used to do something similar as a kid without knowing what i was doing after watching the olympic gymnastics. It's actually quite exhilarating.
