Has text speak been killed?

With texts now basically free (no need to limite characters) and the fact 99.9% of people online refuse to speak with, or just rip text speakers a new one, has it been killed off? I hardly see it anywhere but on TV when they want to make a big deal over literacy. I have kids of friends on my FB account and even they don't use it.

I've always hated it with a passion. (roll on the text speak responses, assuming you even reply, ****!

No I just can't do it. I've just never really been able to to do type like that because it looks awful to read.

Even though they're one and the same, i kind of consider abbreviations like lol to differ from the extended stuff that only a small number of code breakers could understand. lol etc. have broken into mainstream language, to the point i use it myself, and hate myself for it. Strangely, even though lol came from text speak, i kind of forgot its origins, lol.  #-O

Yeah! It was a bad one this time. I thinking trying to stay flexible is doing more damage than doing nothing, or maybe i'm just a wuss with pain.

Its pills like Ibupropen you need to take regular, and also a muscle relaxant, by which i mean strong pill. Im not saying it would work for you but i take Diazapan when needed, just one. I know it can be used for depression but it is a muscle relaxant. When you can just move a bit more each day, like TC said your core muscles need to move to strengthen. So when your back to nearly normal, you need to do a set of 3 or 4 different exercises 3 times a day, no more than say 10- 20 rotations per excersise. Will be no more than 5 mins morning , noon and night, not a lot to ask and you will reap the benefits by the fact your core muscles are awake and supple, and not close to stress levels then.

I'm still in the mindset that my core is strong because i destroyed a wannabe at sit ups at the gym years ago. I do actually still have a strong core, it's my absent mindedness whilst going about everyday things that does me in.

I will be needing your bank details to transfer payment my friend.
