    Is there any particular brand that is preferred....i.e for length or girth?

    I'd also like to congratulate myself on being clean for 7days for the 1st time in 16 years with the worst fker of all.... cigarettes.

    There are varying degrees of normal mate. When you've been addicted to heroin for years and are in the midst of withdrawal, i'd say normal is subjective to say the least.

    How much weight you put on? I've been worrying about you so I have looked it up and anything from 5 to 11 lbs is quite normal...

    Nothing mate! lol

    Still sitting pretty at 12.5 stone.

    Going to give myself a few more day's, then start running again.
    After Xmas I'll be using my lil cousin's gym and start training again.

    Back to the old chicken and rice 3 times a day.... yummy.....
