Best theory I've heard about black holes is that they are really a sort for of space censorship imposed on base civilisations by those that are more advanced.

The just sit there, blocking our view of the really interesting stuff so as not to confuse us too much.

My current favourite is that when the star collapses, a new universe is created on the other side and everything that goes through is broken down to its constituent parts and used as the ingredients. 'Time' slows the nearer you get to a 'black hole' and vice versa on the other side, so whilst our scientists are trying to work out how our universe and it's ingredients appeared from nowhere and formed in a split second, what they're not taking into account is that a split second could be another 13 billion years, as we perceive time.

It could just be commie conspiracy though.

I've had three MRI scans done in the last four years.... nothing serious thankfully, but it seems to be a safety precaution and an attractive sum of money to take off health insurance providers.

Head first, one of them was the full spine... 55 mins. They are horrible places to be. Hope yours was for nothing earth shattering too.

hmmmm, thats a nice one too. I'm fonder of the space censorship for dullards theory though.
