A wonderful post. This should definately be sent someone in authority which scrutinises the Referees performances.

so refreshing to see the open minded response on this thread - lets get the facts straight by keeping proper records and then draw our final conclusion towards the end of the season for all to see and for use in demanding appropriate action if needs be -
by keeping our eyes peeled nobody is going to pull the wool over our eyes with wooly ,unsubstantiated, prejudiced opinions -
can someone for instance have a closer look at whether Jagielka was fouled by Lescot before Valaini fouled the MCity player leading to the penalty?.
In the Norwich Sunderland game a defender was hanging on to a Norwich striker in the penalty area which made Felaini's foul look like a tickle in comparison - but no foul\penalty was given

    Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa =;

    Who the fuck_is Valaini.....?

That has to be the worst attempt at a surname of a player ever.....made worse by the fact you support the team.

    lol that is truly shocking.

    Valaini? WTF?

    Valaini? :-))

Yes mate apologies......I don't mean to be pedantic but supporters spelling their players names wrong is a serious pet hate of mine!

Wiston - i do appologize for the digracefull spelling - but to make a fuss about it - while it was nearly spelt correctly just below that - should have been sufficient to refrain from insults why not rather contribute constructively to the thread - us okes in Africa are not really known for our spelling prowess - if we are not welcome as Everton supporters because of inferior education please let me know - spelling(and pronouncing) some african surnames is also a challenge for some of you europeans - so lets just forget it and carry on - let the pot not blame the kettle

i have a strange feeling that tomorrow may just be Everton'sr day for being on the right side of the most wrong decisions for the first time in a match this season - somebody has to end Tottenhams winning streak of 3 and 0 draws the whole season - we only have 8 more draws than them - hehehe
maybe even a penalty - we have conceded 6 goals this season in the 1st 15 minutes and Tottenham ?
    0 in the first 15 minutes -
so we have a lot of ground to make up in many areas
we also have the same number of wins in our last 9 games as Sunderland - only 1 -
so come on please mr ref help us a bit too - we Everton fans also have feelings man

do yourself a favour and go and have a look at the 2 match winning penalties the ref gave Arsenal today against WestBrom - both shocking decisions - another example of bad decisions going against 1 side in the same game - usually a side outside the traditional top 5 - especially if they start challenging for a top 4 spot

just to show you it is not only my opinion but that some other sources corroborate what we have been saying all along - have a look yourself - Everton comes stone last as far as decisions going their way in the whole PL

I think that referees that regularly make mistakes should be sacked. No doubt they will make the odd mistake as everyone makes mistakes, but I saw so many mistakes from the ref in that Arsenal game yesterday it was unbelievable. If a player is not playing well then he will be dropped, and if a manager is not getting results then he will be sacked, so shouldn't the same apply to referees if they are not doing their job? There is lots of things that can be done to improve refereeing, for example all of the referees could sit down together and review their decisions from the weekend. Maybe we could have referees who have played the game before
so they have a better understanding of the game. But referees make these big mistakes every week but nothing gets done about it.

Fellaini has his shirt pulled at a corner and receives nothing! Just like last week at city. Oh, hang on a min! We won anyways, we don't need dodgy pens!

Thought I'd add Shawcross cos lets face it.. We got no pen but Fellaini got a 3 match ban through frustration which is a bit of a game changer.. That was of course one of many bad challenges from them throughout the game but its the most obvious flash point and I found a picture which makes it the best choice :)
